Volcanic Sunset



 I knew this was going to bloom soon, but it did happen sooner than I expected.  I took some early morning pictures, as well as early evening ones, at different spots in my yard and from different perspectives.  It’s not one of those big blooms, but its small cuteness makes it an adorable one.

Grandiflorus x Hans Britch

 I acquired this one for free from a nursery up north when I was getting Epiphyllum cuttings.  It wasn’t until I saw the actual blooms from this thing that it caught my attention.  I felt bad I didn’t care much for it until it bloomed.  I had forgotten about it since until I saw a picture of the blooms when looking back on some old pictures.  It ended up sparking a trichocereus cactus addiction.
